Because he cares about our military is why. He does care.

“...Mental illness seems to be to the 21st century...”

Only because Good Men let it get that way by doing nothing to stop it.

Mental illness seems to be to the 21st century what TB was to the 19th or polio to the 20th.

"You’re kidding right?"

I'm as serious as a heart attack.

"...except under certain limited circumstances."

It's not just trannies. The death of DADT, out-of-the-closet fags and the bland Pentagon and public assumption that homosexuals won't use their authority to score sex has crippled any number of units, particularly CONUS support. I still have contacts in the various branches, and there is a whole gay sub-culture that has blossomed in the command structure. Lesbian officers, lesbian staff NCOs and there are whole bunches, (Obama, recall, was hot to get women into the combat arms.), are pretty much bullet-proof. All they have to do is whine about "sexual harassment" and the local IG and CG will run for the Tall Grass.

There are too many traitor congressmen between any good-of-the-service staff colonels who want a star, and these crazed dykes. Over the last three years, any number of base and unit commands have been given to women who everyone knows are gay, as in wildly perverted lumberjack, leather boot and whip, bike club, but everyone also knows that to say it out loud is a career killer.

Impeachment constitutes the proof of a crime. And vote for removal also requires a vote. Difference of opinion is not a crime. And over riding a president requires a two thirds vote in each chamber of congress which I doubt they will get even by taking a majority of either house. Only two American presidents have been impeached: Andrew Johnson in 1868 and Bill Clinton in 1998. Neither was sentenced by the Senate with removal. It’s hard to get a two thirds vote from either of the houses.

Bill Clinton, the latest, was impeached in the house for lying under oath. But the senate would not remove him as every democrat voted against it so it couldn’t reach the two thirds amount. He was disbarred from his bar in Arkansas for the lying, but not from the process required as the senate wouldn’t do it. Was he guilty, yes. Did it reach the level of high crimes, no.

Trump has not been proven to have done anything to even start to reach the level of high crimes. All he’s done is piss some people off. If that was against the law, our whole government would be removed.

” he cannot win any except a pyrrhic victory .”

That’s close to what they told him about the election. Make no mistake, one of the major reasons they can’t get much done against him is that, in their lifetime, they haven’t run into anyone like him. He hasn’t indicated any further political aspirations after this office and a second term, he is independently wealthy without the politics, he’s married to an attractive woman and has an attractive family, he doesn’t care what they bring up about his past trying to embarrass him unless he wants to tell them to go to hell, and he could retire right now and not look back. What can they do to him? Nothing. And you can be assured if they had something, the populous on Pluto would have known as every day he “slaps them around like red headed step children.” And these egotistical, self important narcissists don’t like their little bubble kicked around. This is a game to him. And he plays it well.

There’s the little matter of the $900,000,000 deduction he took in the 90’s - if anything is there will be in his tax records which they don’t have yet. Don’t be surprised if they use the tax code retroactively to bring some charge of evasion.

My thoughts too. There is a punch line for such a line of denial, “What and give up show biz?!?”

Those deductions you’re talking about that have been brought up by the NY Times and CNBC most definitely would have been determined about at the time they were filed. Numbers of those heights during liberal years would have been a target of the liberal press. And even now, the Times and CNBC are not identifying who said anything about them and admitting that they were used properly. They are just spreading crap around to make the voters feel uncomfortable again like they lied about the Trump action at the border that was onloy supposed to last 90 days and they made it sound like permanent just to make the term uncomfortable. Right out of Alinsky’s playbook.

Doesn’t matter - none of them have seen the actual tax return so their declarations are just assumptions based on words. Mueller getting those actual returns is a different kettle of fish and could go either way.

I thought the courts put a stop to this. How is he doing this with the court orders?

Easy. The court order was over barring service solely because of "transgender" status. This is over not being deployable, a very relevant component of fitness for duty.

“could go either way.”

If you listen to the liberal media, they would have had Trump put up against a wall and shot already. There has been nothing negative said about the returns except from the lib media. And even if they do, there will be nothing done to a sitting president when it doesn’t reach the level of high crimes. If lying under oath to a congressional committee, and allowing top secret information to be leaked to foreign nations cyberly is not a crime just because the person “didn’t do it on purpose,” then back taxes, if they actually exist, ain’t anything.

The only thing they are doing is trying to sensationalize a number because he works at higher numbers than you or I do. It is nothing more than keeping the pressure on the public voters to feel uncomfortable. And all this time he is dismantling the lib agenda over the last 8 years. So doesn’t it sound reasonable that they want him out as fast as possible? They have had him under constant investigation by everyone from the CIA and the FBI to the boy scouts since 2015 even before he announced his candidacy. And all they’ve got is back taxes?

Read between the lines with this as they are groping, and nothing is sticking to that wall they are throwing things at. But it keeps the voters uncomfortable because they are lazy and won’t/can’t ignore the stupidity because they are told not to. And until the GOP gets behind Trump totally and steps up their “put up or shut up” actions, like McConnell and Ryan haven’t been doing and idiots like Lindsay Graham and John McCain would shut up and let the professionals do their work, it would close the pie hole the liberal idiots are opening and spouting manure out of.
