Hungary totally gets it.

We tried to help African and Middle Eastern nations and they're still s--tholes. If they don't want to modernize and accept a decent standard of living, eff them. Let them stew in their own juices then.

The only exception would be blacks who came here to the U.S. against their will.

Well, we're catching up in the cities. My daughter was in Detroit and said they have put "outhouses" in at least one city park. They went to use one, and the $hit was in piles, left in disgust.

Some of it seems by design; other aspects seems to be a result of bad political decisions and the social decay that comes with loss of jobs, religion and traditional family values.
