I know some Venezuelans. These guys I just love. They were not the very poor in their country though. They are living as citizens now in the US.
Before Chavez, Venezuela had, and still does, one of the largest barrios in the world in Caracas.
Chavez appealed to those poor with his socialism and now, they have no way out because there are no fair elections to remove Maduro. Who knows if they even understand who screwed them and made bad, worse?
Still Trump’s fault.
