I am inheriting the technical directorship of the Everglades Institute property until we can find an investor who wants to make it the research and education nexus Jan wanted it to be. There are some sticky spots in the zoning laws, but I think once the local officials see what we're doing they'll be all for it. The world has changed a bit for the better. I'm hoping to make the most of it.
