What is the motive for killing this couple?

1. Drugs to Haiti were placebo (sugar pills), but Clinton Foundation paid top dollar to the pharmaceutical Apotex.
2. Apotex insiders give most of payments back to Clintons, keeping some profit for themselves, effectively laundering the money for the CF.
3. Apotex insiders know the scam, but dead men tell no tales, especially when the chips are down.
