The asteroids know that we’re defenseless because they saw it on their Twitter feed. So, now is the time for them to alter course and come at us.
Let’s assume for a minute there is an asteroid aimed directly for Earth and will most definitely impact. What can NASA do about it? What difference will it make if they are all on duty, more are hired, or better yet, they all get permanently fired?

It’s equally important to note that apparently the rest of the world has agreed with American Democrats to suspend their efforts to detect inbound asteroids until such time as the #SchumerShutdown has ended.
