Some of my old NCOs were the best cussers ever created. :>)

It’s not as bad as it sounds. It because sort of a badge of honor. Definitely a story to tell later down the road.

Old Army, of course. In the new army, they’re not allowed to talk loud lest they injure snowflakes.

yes, my Father was in the Navy and his superior officers could swear up a storm, too

if it helps train recruits, it is appropriate in that setting

we don’t need snowflakes in our defense forces but if they can be made into successful soldiers, sailors
... maybe by your old school type sarges...
then GOOD!
