Is Chris Plante related to the great Jacques Plante, the one-time great Montreal Canadiens goalkeeper from the 50s?
Plante (and 4-5 brothers) was born to a mother/father of a different name, but she remarried Bill Plante of CBS, after his natural father died. There’s no connection that I know of. His online Wiki bio is contaminated.
I think he is from the Potted family from way back when.
