Sergio Martinez has been deported to Mexico by United States authorities 20 times, but he keeps coming back and keeps committing crimes. But, the illegal alien was finally sentenced in Oregon on Friday, after agreeing to plea deal on charges including, sexual assault, burglary, and kidnapping.
Martinez, age 31, will spend 35 years in prison and register as a sex offender. Townhall previously reported on his heinous sexual assault on a 65-year-old woman.
“Sergio Martinez entered a 65-year-old Portland woman's home through an open window the morning of July 24 and "calmly and quietly" ordered her to the floor. He then tied her hands and feet, blindfolded her, then raped and sodomized her. While violating her, he punched her head into the floor at least twice and threatened to kill her.
After taking her phone, Martinez stole the woman's Prius. The victim went to a neighbor's and called 911. The Prius was found abandoned later.
Martinez wasn't done assaulting women for the day, though. Portland police responded to a call reporting a disturbance between a man and a woman in a basement parking garage. Martinez, armed with a knife, had assaulted another woman.”
The daughter of the victim described the gruesome scene.
“Walking into my mom’s apartment, to have another police officer tell me I couldn’t be there because this was a crime scene,” she said. “Running outside to see my mom on a stretcher, her face covered in blood, her hair matted in blood, scarves and socks tied around her neck and her wrists.”
Martinez’s sentencing comes as President Donald J. Trump reiterated his commitment to building a wall along the United States southern border, after the jury in the Katie Steinle murder trial found the illegal alien in that case not guilty.
I’m sure Jeb! and brother are in agreement he was only doing the sex crimes, car theft, assault that Americans refuse to do.
And Daddy sez “We have a real chance at this New World Order.....”.
[ How would anybody know that the undocumented carbon-based life form is the same guy that had been deported 19 times before? Does he keep using the same ID each time? ]
Fingerprinting them on the they way out?
Oregon ping
Getting a LITTLE more press
Okay they need to start escalating the punishment after each deportation EXPONENTIALLY!
Say you are an illegal that has just been deported the first time.
First Deportation: You cannot apply for citizenship until 5 years have passed.
Second deportation: You are permanently banned from ever becoming a citizen EVER. PERIOD.
Third deportation: you get deported to least populous area of the country you are from naked, ..... AT 2,000 to 30,000 feet!
Fourth deportation: Assuming you survive the Third deportation, they just take you out back and shoot you after your DNA and fingerprints are crosschecked and verified.
Fifth Deportation: A Catholic priest is called in to perform an exorcism because you are a spitit at this point and since you are in America illegal you need to be sent to hell via some help from the bible and some holy water.
Pretty sure they are fingerprinting them & pulling DNA now.

He should be locked in a sack with his lawyers
and those who released him and dropped in the ocean.
Sounds like he could be Al Franken’s campaign manager.
My neighbor correctly stated to me that this illegal greaser should also endure the use of a pair of cutting shears!!
Should be the death penalty
They keep coming back to commit more crimes besides the crime of entering the US illegally.
“Martinez, age 31, will spend 35 years in prison and register as a sex offender
And when he gets out he’ll be known as a sex offendee.
Well, yeah. They should serve some sort of sentence for coming here illegally in the first place. And if they should commit a crime before it’s discovered they are here illegally, that should be added to the sentence.
Guess he can stay for a while without fear of deportation!
I’d personally go with a chainsaw, but to each their own.
Oregon became America's first sanctuary state when it adopted a law in 1987 preventing law enforcement from detaining people who are in the United States illegally but have not broken other laws."
The state of Oregon, a "sanctuary" state since 1987.
