Trump can be guilty of obstruction in the firing of comey..is he..I dont know

No, not only *can* he fire the FBI director, it is starkly obvious that any pending investigation does not terminate with his release. He is not the investigator nor does it rely on his presence. So there is no legal case for obstruction. Besides, did you miss the Sessions and Rosenstein recommendations? That was further CYA no doubt demanded from White House counsel before firing his ass.

Now, can a ham sandwich be made from these ingredients? Possibly since this *is* the District Of Criminals whose residents voted 95% for Shillary. But that is another can of worms since it is accepted that you cannot indict a President and even if you could, that would be squashed by DoJ since it is their job to protect the government from all enemies, foreign and domestic, and even the President and Congress.

Furthermore, in an impeachment case where the Chief Justice presides, my guess is that even a putz like Roberts would do whatever was in his power to short circuit the circus.

President Trump is certainly not acting like someone worried for his job, I just cannot figure out why so many of his supporters insist on gaslighting each other in handwringing group therapy sessions.

That is your BELIEF. Some lawyers agree with you...others dont

Most of the lawyers I know agree with me....but not all.
