“We are warming the Earth, mainly from the ground up to maybe 100 feet.”
“pollution and CO2 in the air cut down on the sunlight, which keeps it from getting too hot.”
No and no and no. Superstitious pagan rubish.
The Earth may be warming or cooling over some years or decades, but it has nothing to do with us. The only provable influence we have on weather (not climate) is localised, trivial and mostly beneficial, like urban heat islands, irrigation, massive tree planting. But heating an urban area or cooling a valley (by irrigated agriculture) must never be conflated to “changing the climate”, it’s just utter pseudo-scientific nonsense.
Second, you then go on to make, more or less, the same statement I did.
The only provable influence we have on weather (not climate) is localised, trivial and mostly beneficial, like urban heat islands, irrigation, massive tree planting.
Third, I don't believe I said WE are changing the CLIMATE. I was referring to LOCAL WEATHER.
