Here in Japan, if a foreigner (non Japanese) killed even one Japanese national, say in Osaka, after living previously in Tokyo—even if for twenty years there, never in a million years would Japan or its Media reference the perp as being “from Tokyo”, but would call him as a foreigner from (specific country). I might add his photo would be up there pretty quickly, especially if he were on the run. No political correctness here. They want no such foreigners on their sovereign soil. Not a one of them. Goes to show how terribly too open, porous and ludicrous USA is becoming, with cities that even openly declare foreign criminals are WELCOME within their jurisdictions. Insanity.
