My thought exactly. I am qualified for all of those positions.
Maybe I should apply and then bring legal charges and sue?

Discrimination law doesn’t apply to stright, able-bodied (non-ADA), white males under 40. Never will.
That’s ok, I’m just gonna keep working and earning my own living as I always have.
