It wasn’t necessarily Hillary - there were LOTS of other scumbags exposed with the Panama papers.
Unexplainable deaths evoke little concern, while obvious murders of known personalities associated with certain pursuits, make it a bit harder for many folks otherwise inclined to follow that trail- any longer.
When you want people to wonder or not even notice, sudden death due to an obscure cause is appropriate. When you want folks who would know and take note, kill them in broad daylight in public places, perhaps even with their children.
Evil is smart and cunning.
