Those people are the ones that need to be pointed out and have a footnote placed into their “official medical record”.
Doctors already routinely ask this as a part of the annual Medicare ‘wellness’ visit. They also ask about ‘feeling sad or depressed’ and ‘thoughts about harming yourself’. If the patient is dumb enough to answer ‘yes’, they can kiss their CCW permit goodbye.
