GHWB was flabbergasted that he lost, after the Gulf War. He thought he was untouchable. He didn’t campaign. Clinton worked fairly hard and the media pumped him so full of hot air, he should have been rented out to state fairs.

Yes, GW was better than Gore and Kerry, but we didn’t have any true Conservatives running. Election day was a sad day for me. I knew we were in for four more years of treading and moving backwards.

McCain was the worst presidential candidate I’ve been asked to vote for. (our side) For that moment in time, we literally had no Republican candidate.

Romney wasn’t much better.

Trump would have signed the most Conservative legislation since our founding by now, if he had a “home team” in Congress.

He doesn’t. Neither do we.

To find ourselves with this much promise, and so much failure is just unfathomable.

Bush the First only won in 88’ from Reagan’s coat tails.

Bush the Second almost lost to those electoral juggernauts Al Gore and John Kerry...

Old Bushie is a really stupid man. Plus he was threatened that during a second campaign, all his dirty laundry would be aired...his many dalliances with underage “brown” girls, during his CIA years. Yes, someone has it all on tape. I see that all five ex-Prezzies are meeting for some special event soon. One of them will not make it.

I had the luxury of living in Texas that would without doubt vote Republican. Therefore I voted for the libertarian candidate. It would have been most painful to live in a swing state and be compelled to vote for McCain.
