Seems to me that there are two things that would work.One is for Russia and China to drop the hammer on that Fat F**k,severing *all* ties with him and ending *all* support of him.That could well work...but there's no guarantee IMO.

The Navy and Air Force could absolutely take care of him...but possibly at the cost of many thousands of civilians.Perhaps even US citizens.

North Korea has stated they will test missile this weekend. This is normally the time they do it: about 11pm - midnight on a Saturday night (Central Daylight Time)

Last missile test one group had 2 days notice of it before hand (a website I think in Texas).
