What should the authorities do when people in a “mandatory evacuation zone” refuse to leave?
Should they physically drag them from their homes and arrest them?
Mandatory is exceptional. That’s why I would add the “urgent” category for the dams about to burst but not cover the home. Mandatory is for the dam bursting and covering the home. In those cases the occupancy permit is immediately revoked.
$1000 fine (ticket) if they do not write their SS # on their arm with a permanent marker. Officers to carry a good supply of markers & tickets.
