They simply require a professional engineer to sign off on parking lot plans, knowing full well that the engineer will lose his license if he ‘forgets’ to tie up the best parking spaces for overweight women.

If they really cared about overweight women they would force them to park farthest away so they would get much needed exercise.:-)
