Sitting next to someone who is spilling into your seat is also not acceptable. Keep your body contained within the area you paid for, or get a thicker skin. I resent being put into the position of intimate contact with some fat persons body parts.

A little zaftig or voluptuous is OK. The kind of freight that gal is carrying just isn’t healthy. It isn’t that hard to lose it - cut the sugar and drastically reduce the carbs. Type 2 diabetes made that an easy decision for me. Lost over 40 pounds since last September. Never felt better.
