Maybe the Dems don’t really want to “make Trump furious”?

I read the Trump won the district by 2% - how does that translate to a R+10 district?
To: Hojczyk
$23M? I have seen numerous reports of $50M, with most putting Ossoff as spending $40M.
Laughing my Ossoff!

Whats it going to take to win an election in the era of Trump?
Quit kicking and fighting him and embrace some of his ideas that have broad appeal. This they will never do.

The demos are bankrupt on solutions. All they do is whine and have hissy fits.
How many bills has Chuck Schumer or Nancy Pelosi put before congress over the last year that could help the American people? They are the party of nothing.

I’m glad they spent all that money in their hatred for Trump, and lost. Now they will be even more bitter and vindictive.

They are now zero-for-four in special elections since Trump became the president and need to understand why.A mirror will greatly help in this process for many of them (unless they do not reflect in a mirror).

And the Republicans need to be sure they don’t get “cocky” over this win and screw up.

When the full returns are counted, Republicans here will have to ask themselves why the race was so close in a community that Mitt Romney won by 23 points in 2012... Woops... 2012?
In 2016, Trump won the district by 1.5.
In 2017, Handel won the district by 5.6
Why would they omit that?
Is this piece an artifact/evidence of how and why the media is perceived as dishonest?

I love how they try to lowball the number. It is more like a $35 million loss. GOP got massively outspent down here and still won.

Safe bet that Ossoff’s brief political career is over. Back to making documentaries and living off the trust fund Pajama Boy.

“And that Ossoff won in a sense just by being competitive in an R+10 district...”
You spent 10s of MILLIONS to get that far! That isn’t a win. That’s like using a space shuttle to lose a race with a biplane, and feeling good because you at least got off the ground.
To: Hojczyk
40+ million in the runoff election, almost ALL of it by Ossoff AND by Ossoff groups such as the very misleading, factually WRONG lies by AARP as they claimed that Obamacare’s replacement created an Age Tax and would throw millions out of health care.
8+ million more in the ALWAY very favorable press corpse in the primary election.
Why was Ossoff close?
He NEVER RAN AS A DEMOCRAT! Not ONE of his ads in the talk radio mentioned he was a democrat, running to support Pelosi and ALL of HER agenda’s.
It was only the last 1 week of ads funded by the Congressional Leadership Fund that linked Ossoff to Pelosi and her programs that changed these 16 weeks of constant “I am a conservative running against waste” barrage of lies!
