We need the wall, we need the deportations, we need to prevent the voter fraud.

They actually have been moving, to Austin and North Carolina. What’s left will move if they are held hostage by the lucrative contracts. And Livermore labs? Big defense and nuke research facility? Yeah, they could replicate themselves anywhere. But honestly, if California secedes, and the US pulls out, Mexica would take the state without firing a shot in two weeks. We have 18k national guard. And with no navy, as they would leave, and no air force, and really no defense, well, that’s the end of the liberal dream. They wanted Mexico, now they have Mexico.

It was Gibson, but not Fender, or Martin, or other makers that use the same wood. http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2014/02/what_gibson_guitars_did_with_the_wood_the_government_returned.html

“Whereas the laws of the United States have been for some time past, and now are opposed, and the execution thereof obstructed, in the State of California, by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, or by the powers vested in the Marshals by law, now, therefore, I, Donald Trump, President of the United States, in virtue of the power in me vested by the Constitution, and the laws, have thought fit to call forth, and hereby do call forth, the militia of the several States of the Union, to the aggregate number of seventy-five thousand, in order to suppress said combinations, and to cause the laws to be duly executed.”

If California spent as much time defending small business owners and the Middle Class as they do illegal aliens maybe everyone wouldn’t be leaving.

Once Mexicans take over at the ballot box in CA, will they govern as the far left loons want or more like Mexico?

So.... CW3 will be over the rights of illegal criminal aliens?

The way I see it:

-We allowed a population of people to come here illegally
-We pandered to them with bilingual services, free stuff
-Democrats love power more than America
-Democrats fueled their feeling of oppression
-Democrats gained their trust by giving more freebies
-Democrats now have a consistent voting base to rely on
-Democrats will refuse to let this asset go
-Democrats will inspire violence
-Illegals will gladly fight for their ‘right to be here’

“Isn’t this a lotta sound and fury signifying nothing? How many raids take place w/o the bloody paperwork?! The Assembly is posturing.”

Yes, the CA legislature is just peeing on posts!

Arizona...
SB1608, defeat by 9th Circus Court.

paraphrased: “The US Federal Government has exclusive Constitutional authority to enforce immigration laws. The States ^cannot^ legislate any changes to immigration laws OR ACTIVITIES of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement as designated by the executive branch.”

“They can then transfer the California governor and legislature to Gitmo to await trial.”

As a conservative life-long Californian, I’d love to stand a wave goodbye to the lot of them.

“Why would the ultra liberal Silly Corn Alley CEOs move from CA?”

Because without the feds or any military to maintain order, the illegals will very very soon Zimbabwe their asses

Wait a minute. I-9s, SSN documentation, W-4s, are all federal documents. All employment forms regarding legal status are federal. Smart employers have copies of these. CA is saying the feds have to have a state warrant to look at fed documents? No way. What other documents would an employer have regarding anything the feds would be interested in?

Cali’s currently pay a lot in federal taxes to DC. After secession all of that money would now be redirected to Sacramento. They would have money for a military. You are not thinking this through very well.

Mexicans hate living in Mexico now. Do you think they will like living in CA when its Mexico, or will they flood over the CA border like a horde of locusts to get away from the new Mexico?

Sacramento is tell us we no longer have to obey any laws, we can just make it up as we go along. So, we as citizens in California have the right to go into Sacramento and just take it over, and Brown can’t do shit about it. Which is what we as California residents should do

Whether it remains part of the United States or secedes to become it’s own country California will still go down in flames. The left has super majorities in the state assembly and I think they hold every statewide elected office. When the ultimate economic meltdown commences the lefties won’t have any Republicrats to blame.

“They would have money for a military. You are not thinking this through very well.”

Do you think that money would be used for a military, or do you think that particular legislature would act more like a poor person who suddenly won the lottery?

So Governor Moonbeam won't be doing a moonwalk. Instead, he'll be doing a perpwalk to a federal prison.

Funny how the socialist in the EU suddenly get alarmed when the USA even mentions pulling back their protective umbrella. Believe me even the most ardent leftists know they need a military if the USA is no longer shielding them.
