Ryan is not a negotiator, that has been proven.
Time for the House to move on and elect a leader...and a negotiator who can whip votes. This current group has failed.

True, but frankly they have had months & months & months to come up with a plan that didn't need major negotiations & arm twisting at the last minute. All Ryan has done is bloviate all this time. He has been criticizing ObamaCare, yet had no plan of his own. It's really immature to stand around and criticize everything & not have a solution.
Best whip our side EVER HAD was Tom Delay he is kind of a mess now but he WAS a DAMNED GOOD WHIP!!!
