A sniper nest every 1000 feet would be good too. Just use tinted glass and you could leave some of them empty, and just rotate which are “live.” Climb or try to damage the wall...BOOM! Vultures gotta eat too.

A wall that is leaning towards you is very hard to climb. So a V shaped wall with the width at the top. Planter boxes. drip lines and poison ivy built into top.
