Should military-style rifles be banned? On Tuesday, the federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia in a virtual party line vote upheld Marylands assault weapons ban. In the 10 to 4 En Banc decision, Democrats supported the ban while Republicans opposed it.
Writing for the majority, Judge Robert King, a Clinton appointee, argued that the Second Amendment does not protect people owning weapons of war. His opinion starts out by listing recent mass public shootings that have used AR-15-type rifles, guns that he also refers to as military-style rifles, in their attacks.

This court decision is equivalent to ordering a burger, fries and Coke at McDonald's and getting a bag full of nuts, washers and cotter pins.
The judges don't even where they are working much less what their job is.
So will their next ruling be that a woman can be a little or slightly pregnant?
most judges are real world clueless. They have never had to work of a living because they were prosecutors first. If they were in private practice it is now a distant memory.
they are black robe fevered they the incredible magnificence of being a diety in their own little courtroom.
It would seem that they are also ‘law of the land’ clueless.
If you work at McDonald’s you should at least know what hamburgers and french fries are even if you can’t get the order straight.
