So, they gave us 1) gang member, 2) all tattooed up and 3) wishy washy on whether it was one or more suspects. But didn’t say which gang or names as that might lead to someone figuring out the race or religion. We are left to assume he/them are in custody. Why would a gang member have papers in his car?
