The illegal immigrant who admitted causing a deadly Christmas Eve crash in Clarkson in 2015, has been sentenced.
Efrain Lopez-Contreras was sentenced today to 6 to 18 years in prison after he pleaded guilty last month to vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter and DWI.
The head-on crash fatally injured 14-year-old Giana Bartolucci and injured her father -- Pastor Tony Bartolucci -- as they drove to get a Christmas tree.
Lopez-Contreras is expected to be deported to Mexico after he is released.

Clarkson is west of Rochester NY...pretty close to Lake Ontario. Basically...still farm country....
Get him the hell out of the country. Why should we have to feed him...
That’s what I was thinking. This poor man will never get over losing his daughter, but he be ‘expected’ to be deported in about 6 years.

Illegal alien, NOT an “immigrant”.
It's like giving a drug dealer a modicum of undeserved respectability by referring to him as a "narcotics distributor."
This is why we should not wait until an illegal alien has been convicted of other crimes before deporting them.
Why should illegal aliens be given the opportunity to harm or kill an American before we deport them?
All illegal aliens MUST commit other crimes to continue to remain here.
Just because they have been prosecuted is no reason to not deport them.
Get out of jail free card. Only local citizens face harsh punishment.
