"Revoke their statehood, declare them a territory and replace their 53 congress critters and 2 senators with one non-voting delegate to represent them in the House, the same as Guam or American Samoa. As collections of counties (the more conservative inland ones) get their fiscal act together, let them reapply for admission as separate states. The lawless left wing areas can remain a U.S. territory until such time, if any, that they do the same."
