I order a fair amount online and Amazon used to be my choice but since Bezos owns the Washington Post, I try not to buy from Amazon anymore. No news outlet has done more to undermine the Trump presidency than the Washington Post.
Amazon’s stock price recently took a hit. Now if people start boycotting Amazon, they may feel a little more impact. The tax situation is changing too for online sales which is a step in the right direction.

The other alternative is to buy numerous low cost, truly 'lowest price' items and get free shipping. The more you buy, the more they lose. Their merchandise business hasn't made a profit for 2 decades.
Use Amazon to find what you want and compare pricing.
Then go buy it elsewhere, either at another online vendor or at a local store.
