We had a Siamese cat in the early 2000s who would run to the TV, sit down, and stare at it when G. Bush came on. When Bush was off, Noodles would walk away. I have a photo somewhere and might try to scan and post it.
We have a cat here named Reagan that when my husband has the horse races on she’s right in front of the TV.
