You send your FEDERAL INCOME TAX check to San Fran and NOT to the IRS in DC? smh

Granted, I've never lived, nor even set foot in California ( and NEVER wanted to go there and still don't! ), but I have lived in several different other states, none of which have I ever sent Federal Taxes to!
