The Democratic Party has been captured by the hard left. And short of a civil war that breaks their hold on it, that poses a threat to the country.
It is not a good thing for the Democrats to be controlled by leftwing extremists like in California. At some point the Republicans will wear out their welcome and the Democrats will get back into power. They better be old style Democrats.

It seems paleo-Conservative Dennis Prager is waking up to modern reality.
Almost.
He still uses terms like "melting pot" and "Judeo-Christian."
These are old and discredited terms and ideas to describe the founding and culture of America.
Look them up and do your research if you folks don't believe me.
Otherwise, he's right. The "Left" is an enemy to normal, Western, and modern civilization - and a lot of non-political people are finally starting to recognize that fact.
