In the wake of Brexit, the Italian vote, and the election of Donald Trump, if 2016 taught us anything about polls, it is that they are totally untrustworthy. So I refuse to believe polls whether or not they purport to show what I would interpret to be good news.

Couldn’t agree more. The whole polling industry is in shambles, just like “journalism”, for a reason.

Polls can be trustworthy if honestly conducted and you realize their limitations. The trouble is the leftist media are the ones conducting them and there is your problem with polls right there.
