‘CNN Indicators Point to “YES”’

cnn has been 180 degrees diametrically opposite of reality for decades now. Therefore Clinton should be modeling horizontal stripe jump suits.

Wow. The spin creation is being mentioned right in the article.

Here’s my guess, Trump is so evil we have to do this to protect Hillary.

He HAS to pardon her.

Because a thorough investigation of her crimes will inevitably lead to him.

If she is pardoned here does that mean she can’t be charged by other nations for crimes committed against them?

And can Obama pardon himself?

Answer is yes. The Obama/Clinton crime families are linked at the wrists and ankles.

He'll do it if they want him to...he won't if they don't.Any pardon issued would have to go to all three because it is,after all,the *Clinton* Foundation...not the Hillary Foundation.

They all know that if a pardon is issued they're *ruined*...and they may think that they can work their way out of all this without one.

what is she being pardoned for?? doesn’t this imply that she committed a crime?? Is this a “blanket pardon” and gives her license to commit any crime ...Jeez this civilization is doomed

I do not see how Obama can pardon Hillary since she has not been convicted of a Federal crime.

A presidential pardon is a right granted to the President of the United States by the U.S. Constitution to forgive a person for a crime, or to excuse a person convicted of a crime from punishment.

The president’s power to pardon is granted by Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution, which provides:  “The President … shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

Define - A pardon is a government decision to allow a person who has been convicted of a crime to be free and absolved of that conviction, as if never convicted.

Obama may give a Reprieve (cancel or postpone the punishment).

No doubt legions of Hillary cronies WANT Obama to pardon her, to take the air out of appointing a Special Prosecutor. Special Prosecutors usually rack up a lot of convictions for crooks surrounding the Big Fish, as a by-product and method for forcing piglets to squeal. Thousands of State Dept cronies, DNC operatives, Clinton Foundation grafters, dirty-tricksters, foreign agents, corrupted media stooges, etc., would derive a major personal benefit from a Hillary pardon. Small wonder they are all abuzz framing necessary narratives and such. My hunch: they’ll be disappointed, unless Obama fears the backwash will get on HIM. I think he despises Hillary.

Pardoning her would pretty much knock the Clintons out of positions of control in the Party.

IF she IS charged with a criminal act you can bet she would enter a Alford Plea as a last resort.

How can he provide a pardon to her unless it covers every conceivable facet of her employment. He might pardon her regarding the emails, but how do you pardon someone from theft aka from the Clinton Foundation?

You are innocent until proved guilty in a court of law.

Therefore, what purpose is served by pardoning an innocent person?

Can an innocent person be pardoned?

Had any of us handled IT equipment as she and her cohorts did, we’d be at the bottom of the ocean by now. Just this one thing would take us out.
