Thousands of State Dept cronies, DNC operatives, Clinton Foundation grafters, dirty-tricksters, foreign agents, corrupted media stooges, etc., would derive a major personal benefit from a Hillary pardon. Small wonder they are all abuzz framing necessary narratives and such. My hunch: they’ll be disappointed, unless Obama fears the backwash will get on HIM. I think he despises Hillary.

How can he provide a pardon to her unless it covers every conceivable facet of her employment. He might pardon her regarding the emails, but how do you pardon someone from theft aka from the Clinton Foundation?
