How can a "pardon" be granted when as yet no substantive charge of criminality has been lodged against Mrs. Clinton?
It seems to me to be clear that once Obama has been divested of his office as chief magistrate, and the office has been invested in another elected to the office, Obama no longer has even a vestige of authority to pardon or clear any other citizen, though the deeds and investigative burden has been accomplished during his term, and from it charges for those deeds were made later after the new President has been sworn in and has assumed office.

After Ford left the White House in 1977, he privately justified his pardon of Nixon by carrying in his wallet a portion of the text of Burdick v. United States 236 U.S. 79, a 1915 U.S. Supreme Court decision which suggested that a pardon carried an imputation of guilt and that acceptance carried a confession of guilt.

Jeff Sessions said that as AG he would abstain from any investigations of Hillary. That means he is going to appoint a special prosecutor.
Special prosecutors have always worked out so well for the Clintons in the past.

"the architecture of the necessary narrative to support a Clinton Pardon is clearly being framed." What about Huma, and all the rest of the dirtbags who participated in her criminal enterprise? Are Obama and Hillary going to throw them under the bus?

Good. Let’s hope that the pardon is granted.
Take a careful look at what a pardon does and does not do. And then think about what plan B could entail.
