Green Party's Jill Stein To Seek Intervention Of Federal Court In Pennsylvania Recount Bid
RT News ^ | December 4, 2016

US Green Party candidate Jill Stein said her campaign will appeal to a federal court on Monday to seek a state-wide vote recount in Pennsylvania, hours after dropping a lawsuit in a local court, saying the cost of the lawsuit was too high.

"Make no mistake - the Stein campaign will continue to fight for a state-wide recount in Pennsylvania. We are committed to this fight to protect the civil and voting rights of all Americans," Jonathan Abady, the lead counsel for Jill Stein's recount bid, said in a statement on Sunday.

"The barriers to verifying the vote in Pennsylvania are so pervasive and that the state court system is so ill-equipped to address this problem, we must seek federal court intervention," the statement added.

As a result, Stein is expected to file a new lawsuit with a federal court to demand a state-wide recount "on constitutional grounds," Abady stressed.

Especially after hearing that Obama might get his own media outlet to “review” Trump’s actions. These people are nuts.

Long-standing Leftwing strategy:

Try Plan A.
Fail. Court says you lost.

Try Plan B.
Fail. Court says you lost.

Try Plan C. Court says you lost.
Fail.

Try Plan D.
Success! — Okay, everybody! This is settled law now, understand? You can’t touch this! Conversation is over! We won! It’s finished! Cannot be changed. Ever!

Assuming the Constitution actually matters, it seems to me that a federal court has no jurisdiction in the matter.

This is another reason Soros is so dangerous in trying to get his own “players” in key judicial spots - you never know if one of them will just happen to be in place when something like this comes up.

The real goal is to inure the People to the endless proceedings and efforts to steal elections - they won’t stop even after Trump is sworn in and will find ways to keep this crap alive for the next 4 years unless slapped down in no uncertain terms.

What constitutional grounds?

In FL, the appeal to federal counts was because the equal protection clause was being violated due to Gore cherry picking precincts for recounts.

There are a few precincts in PA in which criteria were met to have recounts and that are recounting - mainly in the Philly area. She tried to meet the criteria for all the counties in PA but failed.

It’s explained here.

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/jill-steins-pennsylvania-recount-efforts-what-you-need-to-know/

Is she going to claim that because she herself could only get a few precincts to meet the criteria for a recount, that it’s a violation of the 14th amendment?

This ought to be summarily dismissed and she should be fined for the insult.

The precincts that recounted should be told they must submit the results of their initial count so all precincts are on equal footing.

See Post 16. It’s a federal matter if she alleges the Equal Protection Clause was violated.

Plus it is against PA law for recount to be ordered by a court.

I thought she raised $7.5MM? After deducting the $3.4MM for Wisconsin and $1MM for Michigan, doesn’t she still have $3.1MM left?
