Hillary has opened the door to questioning the steps taken to trust the results of a presidential election. This extraordinary action creates an opportunity for bipartisan security measures be enacted to preserve election integrity.
Namely, a NATIONAL DATABASE of American citizens. Apparently no such database exists, but it could be created and maintained.
We can then crosscheck against the state voter registration state by state.
Those who have voted illegally in the 2016 November election can be indicted for committing a felony.

Close loopholes.
One citizen, one vote is a fundamental core concept. We must preserve that basic human right.
Hillary has created a crisis of confidence in our system. President Trump can work with Congress to make these changes to preserve election integrity and prosecute those who have violated our laws.
Illegal aliens who have voted need to be FIRST to go,
I’d be careful when you post things like these only because they will attract the trolls and the nerds that go on about how they’ve got truck or boatloads of illegal ballots and other nonsense. But I certainly do not have a problem with your main idea.
And they’d all just claim that someone else had voted in their name.
Such a great idea! Use this stupidity as a road to honest voting.
And Hillary’s illegal votes evaporates the slimy excuse that she has suffered enough.
Hillary will not suffer enough until she is indicted, tried, convicted, sentenced, hanged, and her carcass left to rot off the noose.
Excellent overall idea, regardless of the little details. President Trump needs to have the FBI carefully audit all federal elections. Prosecute every single illegal voter, and deport those who are not citizens.
If they are concerned about voter integrity, then they’ll insist on voter ID and mechanical machines.
We already have that list with social security numbers. You just need to differentiate between citizens and non-citizens.
Major loophole. Does not apply if the following:
(3) the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.
I can hear it now, your honor I THINK I am a citizen. Case dismissed.
Sounds good.
Once your are fully registered, the Gov’t can issue you a picture voting card. You know, to cut down on voter fraud.
And since you have this card, other things could be added:
Are you an organ donor?
Blood type - you know, that just makes sense, in case you get into an accident. The same would go for allergies to certain medicines. Anaphylactic shock is a hellva way to go...chocking slowly to death....
How about emergency point of contacts - again, in case you are in a accident.
Then, the Government could add a host of other things - after all, they will have this nice national database and all.
Do you have guns at home?
Are you Jewish?
The list can be endless and with so many possibilities. I just don’t know if we have the budget for that many leather coats.....
Sort of. April 15th will be pretty interesting. How many people will file their taxes and find that 2 or 3 other people have filed them.
Actually, I’m still hoping for a CA recount. Yeah, I know, I know...
Elections are State events, While I support voter ID or some positive control (By the State) to ensure only State citizens vote and only once... I do NOT support the Federal Government involvement in a State Right and Responsibility... God Bless
This whole thing is a joke...
It’s between the two ‘ladies’ (ahem) it has nothing to do with P.E. Trump...you put the two of them together and they still wouldn’t reach the votes that Trump received...
And the formaldehyde witch best be careful for what she wishes for, she is ‘voter fraud’ inside and out...and wouldn’t it be a ‘shame’ if she found out that her ‘minions’ that got paid didn’t vote the way she paid them to....
Trump will be our next POTUS...or he wouldn’t be picking his cabinet...
We don’t need to prosecute illegals for voting illegally, we just need to find them using the voter rolls and deport them. That would remove some illegals and supress the illegal vote next time, and Stien and Hillary are the ones to blame.
San Pedro, California ( a borough of Lost Angeles).
Over 80 absentee ballots delivered to a single house. They do NOT live there.
It should be easy to track backwards, how they were “requested.”
In my conservative Orange County precinct, when I showed up to vote in person, they had me down for vote by mail.
I did NOT request vote by mail. Somebody effed with MY right to vote.
My understanding—correct me if I’m wrong—is that the votes in California are still being counted, yet the 55 EVs have already been given to Hillary.
I’m thinking the counters have counted the city votes —heavily Democrat and weighted with illegals—and are holding back on the rest of the precincts. They might even be failing to add in a lot of the votes, especially early and absentee votes.
Trump should demand a recount, and citizenship verification, in California.

A national database with national ID cards? Bad idea. Get the fed government to force the states to put in place steps to ensure the integrity of elections. There are so few Rat controlled legislatures that this should not be hard to do in the next four years. The feds can withhold all money from states that fail to implement such steps. The starting point has to be purging all voter rolls of the dead and no-longer-resident.
Agree with your concept, but don’t agree with anything having to do with a national data base. Too easily misused. Photo id for voting and requiring voters to register a week before vote date would go a long way toward cleaning up illegal voting. The old purple thumb after voting would also prevent those inclined to vote multiple times from doing so. States being allowed to clean up their voter rolls without liberal judges blocking them from doing so would also help. Not perfect, but better than what we have now.
