That is a lot for 2 people, but I hope it was enjoyable for the day! Too many turkey leftovers can get old in a hurry. LOL!
Just slice the turkey and put single servings into freezer bags and freeze ‘em. Then when you’re in the mood for turkey, you can pull out what you need. You won’t get burned out on it trying to finish it before it goes bad and you won’t end up tossing a bunch of it.
Turkey on hand for Christmas dinner. :-) I’ve done it many times with hams.
