Congress decides what the definition of a citizen is. The court doesn’t decide it. Natural-born citizen simply means you met whatever the legal requirements to be a citizen were at the moment of birth. It’s a question of timing.

The founding fathers already defined 'natural born' US citizenship. Congress nor any court has the authority to change that definition. The Congress and some courts did decide to ignore the founding fathers and let the ineligible Obama reside in the White Hut. Republicans in majority ignored the 'original intent' of the 'natural born' requirement to hold the office of president... The 'natural born' clause goes to the heart of 'we the people' are government.

Funny how Ted's position at Harvard Law School was follow the 'original' intent of the Constitution... and then for self serving purposes, Ted Cruz decided that 'original' intent should not apply to himself.
