Oh Man: Obama Probably Regrets This Trump Insult Now
Townhall.com ^ | November 15, 2016 | Guy Benson

Shocking election results often allow supporters of the winning candidate to serve up piping hot plates of schadenfreude, and Donald Trump's upset victory is no exception. This clip started making the rounds on Righty twitter in the immediate aftermath of Trump being declared the winner last week; its renewed relevance was made especially delicious because Lefties had shared the hell out of it in October as the ultimate 'mic drop' smack-down of the man they were sure would lose. So sure, in fact, that President Obama agreed to tempt fate by making this 'joke' on Jimmy Kimmel's late night show -- and apparently did so with great relish. Oops:

Obama's response to @realDonaldTrump's mean tweet on @JimmyKimmelLive was perfect. More coming soon... pic.twitter.com/z4LHkdgYvY— Matt Wilstein (@TheMattWilstein) October 25, 2016

Meanwhile, over in the "be careful what you wish for" department, here's British comedian and liberal hero snarkily 'begging' Trump to enter the presidential race back in 2013.  "This country, which does not want you to be president..."  Oops:

Careful what you wish for (John Oliver in 2013 on The Daily Show)

Finally, via Allahpundit, there's this spectacularly cringeworthy nugget from a New York Times piece explaining Team Hillary's desperate 'blame Comey' spin.  Oops:

Mrs. Clinton’s instinct to shun any personal responsibility angered some Democrats. Several donors on the call, while deeply bitter about Mr. Comey’s actions, said they believed that Mrs. Clinton and her campaign had suffered avoidable missteps that handed the election to an unacceptable opponent...Mrs. Clinton’s campaign was so confident in her victory that her aides popped open Champagne on the campaign plane early Tuesday. But that conviction, aides would later learn, was based largely on erroneous data showing that young, black and Latino voters and suburban women who had been turned off by Mr. Trump’s comments but viewed Mrs. Clinton unfavorably would turn out for her in higher numbers than they ultimately did.

Hoo boy, that's some weapons-grade schadenfreude.  Pride cometh, etc.  And remember, Hillary's campaign was actively rooting for Trump to win the GOP primaries, believing him to be a "dream" match-up for her in a general election:

Hard to reconcile the notion that Trump presents a grave threat to the republic w/ the way HRC camp treated him like their pet alligator. pic.twitter.com/X7DvHfyKxD— Liam Donovan (@LPDonovan) November 14, 2016

He beat her despite being weighed down by an astonishing 61 percent unfavorable rating among Americans who voted.  Trump was reportedly just as surprised as anyone else when he pulled it off.  She was going to lose this race no matter who she faced.  Period.  She just didn't realize it.

I very much doubt Obama regrets anything he’s ever done.

This braggadocio by dems, Obama, the left, and the media shows just how out of touch they all are.

Every male child needs to have gotten his butt kicked in a schoolyard fight at least once. Something about that is necessary to prevent the emergence of a vicious sadist, or a nancy boy, or, as we see in Obama, a combination of the two.

Someone should have kicked his scrawny butt decades ago.

A classic fail that will go down in history, to be played over and over again for a good laugh.

Probably not, but all maybe a few of those audience sycophants who lapped it up are feeling pretty stupid right now.

Saw it.Typical arrogance from someone who's never done an honest day's work in his life. And Mr Trump will never depend on the stupidity of the American people *ever*...for *anything*.

A convincing story is that Trump was mulling over running and then decided to run after being insulted by Obama’s jokes in his presence at the WH Correspondents dinner in 2011.

Big mistake that no one did.

Your comment brings to mind a speculation. Perhaps Obama, growing up in a world of white people, was never accosted and beat up by a black kid. He may mentally equate all bullying with race. That would have been reinforced by his Black mentor.

Actually I don't think Obama has a scrawny butt. A lot of Africans and African-Americans, including our current president and first lady, have steatopygia, aka prominent butts.

So his butt might be the only part of Barack's physique that isn't scrawny. Likely the reason he has worn mom-jeans.

And btw, don't get me wrong. I kinda like mom-jeans myself. Just an observation.

That could be. Probably treated like spun glass by subservient whites.

There is just something biological about male character and having gotten walloped hard in some fights. A man has to know his limits kind of thing. Or you get something like ‘Barry’.

I do not believe it. It was the NYTs reporting this calumny.
