The level of voter fraud in PA is unparalleled, and VA is nearly as bad. Hard to imagine Trump winning either state even if Trump wins MI.
VA is 20% AA. Turnout will not be like 2008 and 2012 for Obama. NoVA is a problem - liberals/gov’t workers. I just don’t see the enthusiasm for Hillary in VA. Also, VA polling has been way off in favor of Dems. 2013 governors race and 2014 Senate race prime examples.

Yeah, IIRC, in 2012, weren’t there reports from Philly that Repbulican poll watchers were not allowed in the vote counting areas, despite have legal right to be there?
It all depends on turn out in Va. Black turn out will likely be back at historic levels. Trump does not scare the metrosexual NoVa voter like the normal GOP candidate does. (He is a “celebrity, a known commodity to them!) I see almost no Hellary signs bumper stickers etc. in my part of NoVa (near Dulles airport!).
In my neighborhood there are two Trump signs, one Hellary sign & one Johnson sign. There little to no enthusiasm for her! If western & central blue collar & rural Va’ers turn out in record numbers Trump carries Va. (I think Trump will bring out voters from these areas who have given up on voting!)
If Trump wins MI he won’t need the other two.
Same with wayne county in Michigan (detroit area). Back in 2000 and in 2004 I remember Bush winning easily before wayne county released their vote totals. IN fact wayne usually waits and waits and waits until all other counties have turned in their totals and then magically they have enough to put the dem over the top. THAT'S WHERE TRUMP really needs to watch.
Also, lots of early voting from the Dem. swamp in No. Virginia.
That state has mutated-and it's only gotten worse over the last decade.
