(Of course, she also thinks Comey should have done differently back in July.)
I thoroughly disagree with Pirro in this case.
Her own situation is NOT similar.
Hillary ALREADY had a case file. It was REOPENED and not newly opened.
I can value that, but...Hillary brought this upon herself by using a private server and she’s known there can be consequences.

I understand where Pirro is coming from but I don;t necessarily agree with her entire statement.
What I will agree with is : it is long past time for the Clintons to have gone away. The only way we, the public, will escape their trailer trash soap opera lives will be with their deaths. Which for Hillary may be sooner than later. Even Bubba looks like he’s not long for this world either.
And with good riddance.
I lost a little respect for the Judge after this monologue. I sensed she was just protecting her arse as she worried her favorably jumping on the Comey re-investigation bandwagon would make her look hypocritical.
I disagree with her, as honest and forthright as she is. I think that she is letting her experience in NY running for election has biased her thoughts on it. Regardless, that’s neither here nor there.
Her ‘beef’ about it being unfair to Hillary (and thus, her by extension) is because of “long-standing ‘policy’.”
The last time I looked ‘policy’ is not LAW - that’s for Congress and the Senate to decide along with a President (if he can’t be overridden.)
Democrats are infamous for ‘violating policy.’ The Senate most notorious in the legislative branch, and Obama in the Executive branch (IRS, EPA you name it).
It is nor was illegal for Comey to do this. He violated department policy and that’s up to him to handle (discipline or firing, resigning or whatever).
My belief, as unadvisable as it is/was his most recent faux pas is no different than his famous summer pardon/coverup issued to Hillary. And we must also remember that he had a duty to report to the Congress results from his investigation. If this gave him cover in the summer, it gives him cover now - in other words, a policy not applied fairly is not a policy; it is just a political tool.
bitch bitch bitch
Let her burn.
Hillary planned the crime, she planned the coverup, she doesn’t get to plan the revelation of the investigation, though she tried
This seems a good place to repeat:
If policy is not to act to influence an election, the with holding of evidence would be such an act. If there is a situation in which two actions would be in violation of policy, then it would be most ethical to take the action which reveals, not conceals, the truth.
