My theory is that these are middleman-emails to Huma from someone at state.gov.
Think about it - how does the classified stuff get to Hillary’s home brew email server?
Huma is in contact with someone at state.gov who somehow copied the classified stuff from the SKIF. They send It to Huma, who then strips it of the classified headings, and then sends it to Hilllary.
Stripping the classified headings is easy, but taking out the “C” next to the paragraphs is not so easy so those are left in.
Remember, any classified document with “C’s” By the paragraphs had to originate with a big banner across the top that says “Confidential”.
Maybe they now have the correspondence between Huma and whoever was illegally taking these documents out of the SKIF and passing them to Clinton.
Maybe they even have the originals, before Huma deleted the classifications!
Also, the NYPD was involved in the Wiener investigation, so FBI can’t hide what they’ve seen.
