Well we can speculate this much; she won’t be worried going into another debate with him.

I’m really disappointed he didn’t have specific lines memorized to disable her “rationalizations.” That would have played much better than him breaking in on her time to basically say “NUH UH!”

Yes, although Trump did a fine job for a first time Presidential debate, he missed a lot of opportunities discredit her "facts" to throw her off. He was on the defensive way too much, and I hope his facial expressions when she was talking won't be a problem.

Some friends of ours who vote Republican (and do plan to vote for Trump), but aren't political junkies like us, texted to me: "Trump is disappointing."

Lester Holt: True Blue NBC. He constantly "fact checked" Trump, but left Hillary alone. Disgusting!

What makes me nervous is that he appeared to have not really prepared. He seemed to be just shooting from the hip, and not in the good way. There were real zingers he could have memorized for specific issues. He should have expected certain questions and had those one liners.

Imagine being asked about the birther thing the way he was and He just said, “Hillary’s campaign started the birther attacks, I went full in and got Obama to release his long form certificate and officially announced that I believe he was born in the US. Can we move on to relevant issues now?”

And when the “moderator” tries to drill in harder, he repeats the above word for word. Rinse and repeat.
