Lots of times these boneheads shoot people in the butt and legs to teach them a lesson, plus they know that they will get probation for a lesser violent felony.
And sometimes the just turn dey heata sideways and shoot low, with lots of stovepipes...
I just had to laugh some people are so daned stupid. Why even shoot people just to do it I dont get it.
