WASHINGTON (AP) -- In one of his last major appearances on the world stage, President Barack Obama will try to define how his leadership has made the planet safer and more prosperous when he gives his farewell speech to the U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday.
Obama's challenge at the annual gathering of world leaders is to cast the past eight years as ones of overall progress, without glossing over the profound problems that have eluded his diplomacy.

Myanmar is happening!
It will always be Burma to me.
His leadership???
This is going to be a very very short speech!
Says it all; “...his leadership has made the planet suffer...”
Thanks Obama!
Ha Ha Ha, this is really funny because lately he has been mocked, laughed at, and blown off by world leaders everywhere. He’s now history and is being dissed on a regular basis. Freaking Kenyan fraud.
The Chinese dissed Obama twice: seated Obama with the leader's wives previous visit, and this time withheld the stairs and made him exit the plan by the galley service entrance. And, what did Obama do about the slight? Of course, nothing. Exactly as the Chinese expected. Then he goes around unilaterally trashing his own country. Everything in Asian society is about maintaining respect and saving face, and obviously the Chinese are signaling their lack of respect.
I think possibly the USA is a psychological substitute for the father who abandoned him. He has transferred the rage he has toward his daddy who abandoned him to his country, which he is supposed to be leading. He just cannot put this abandonment behind him. JMHO.
What if barry gave a speech at the UN and nobody showed up?
Priceless
