Think about this for a moment. The pro-Syrian gov't-backed forces are in a do-or-die battle against ISIS for the survival of their regime. Why would they, then, open a second front against a powerful regional player like Israel?
Unless you have managed to conclude a secret truce with ISIS, that seems like an amazingly stupid move.
