True. But I still have hopes Comey’s not compromised and he was doing a shrewd move on the Democrats. If he had recommended indictment, I don’t think ethically he could have laid out the case as it could have been construed as prejudicial to the defendant. He must know the Dems would have sat on everything and said, “we can’t comment on an ongoing investigation.” Nothing could have been released, could it?
But since he said don’t, he dumps everything he’s got, in dribs and drabs, and the Dems can’t do squat because since she’s in the clear (emails, not Clinton Foundation), they have no argument to keep the evidence sealed. I don’t think they released much on the Clinton Foundation (I think the hackers did that).

I said that the day after he spoke when Trump was down like 8 and then it was tied after his speech.
This has worked out great. The two hits Trump took for various reasons were negated by Clinton’s horrific record and lies.
Now Trump is much more statesmanly, he has Rudy and Christie attacking on every news show. Newt making him sound great. Pence is all american Good Guy cover.

Comey gets bashed but this information was released when it wasn’t supposed to be and that is something huge within itself.
Also, if Comey is going to non indict me that way, by DESTROYING me with faint praise, I’d rather get indicted.
