Carlos Cascos
Cascos was born in the city of Matamoros in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas. Thank you, we have horrid vote by mail only in OR, but it is paper at least. I like the “show up, SHOW ID, name is checked off, mark paper, put in box” method. Purple ink on finger would be good to add....
That said, Multnomah County (Portland) always tells their total last; rumor (and likelihood) is they wait until the rest of the state is in so they know how many more votes they need to manufacture. If the state gov is corrupt (OR now went full Dem-tard) then they can do whatever they want.
