Why are deaf foljs allowed a license? They cannot hear sirens or dirctions
Because they only test for vision, not hearing.
I believe there was a time when deaf people were denied driver’s licenses due to their inability to hear. then I believe the do-gooders (like the ACLU and other boot lickers) got in the middle of it. now you can drive down any street USA as a deaf driver and you might see a traffic sign that says CAUTION- deaf child zone.
